Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the prorated difference.

How do the plans work?

Pilot is free with one agent and a monthly allowance of minutes. One agent is $399/mo and Full desk is $799/mo for a whole front desk of roles. It is one subscription, billed monthly or yearly.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay via wire transfer or ACH.

Is there a free trial?

Our Pilot plan is free forever. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can try them risk-free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime with no questions asked. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer discounts for startups or students?

Yes. 50% off any paid plan for verified startups (under 2 years old) and students with a valid .edu email. Contact us to apply.
